How to deposit

Open the cashier
Log in and choose Deposit. Pick the method you want to use from the list above.

Transfer the amount
Minimum RM5. Send from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Submit the receipt
Enter the amount and attach the transfer reference. Credit appears once the transfer clears.
How to withdraw

Clear any bonus first
If you claimed a bonus, its turnover requirement has to be met before the balance is released.

Request the withdrawal
Minimum RM50. It is paid only to the bank account saved on your profile.

Wait for processing
Times vary by method and by bank. Requests made during bank maintenance clear afterwards.
Three things that hold up a withdrawal
- The bank account name does not match your registered name.
- Bank details were entered wrongly — they cannot be changed once saved.
- A bonus turnover requirement has not been met yet.
